Davis Today
Davis Partners employs nearly 60 employees in our Newport Beach headquarters and 20 satellite management offices. On behalf of our institutional and private individual clients, we manage approximately 18.5 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at over $3 billion, ranging from single-tenant industrial buildings to multi-tenant business parks and office buildings. We recently acquired office and industrial properties in Santa Ana and Garden Grove. In addition, we recently completed development projects in Fontana and Redlands and we have over 1 million square feet of development projects under way in Perris, Carlsbad and Lake Forest.
Throughout Southern California, we are continually searching
for opportunities to acquire existing projects with
value added components or redevelopment potential, core
properties for long-term investment and vacant land
for new development.
