Ownership and Acquisitions
Davis Partners continually searches for Core and Opportunity properties to acquire. We also assist our management clients and investment partners with finding and evaluating investment opportunities. Typically, we target multi-tenant office, business park or industrial projects. Starting with a desirable property, Davis Partners assembles the appropriate capital structure and financing to achieve the investment objectives. Management Services
Davis Partners manages a portfolio valued at over $3 billion consisting of 125 properties totaling 18.5 million square feet and housing more than 2,400 tenants. Our property managers and staff are located in offices throughout Southern California: Anaheim, City of Industry, Encino, Garden Grove, Irvine, Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, Newport Beach, Orange, Pasadena, San Dimas, Torrance, the Inland Empire and San Diego. We hire highly-qualified people and provide them with a platform that both enables them to achieve our clients' goals and entices them to stay with Davis Partners for the long term. Accounting Services
We have learned to view accounting/reporting as a separate product, one that is as important as our management services. Two of our Principals are CPA's. Our largest institutional client recently awarded Davis Partners top honors in its review of all its property management firms nationwide. Each month, our accounting staff produces over 122 monthly reporting packages for our institutional and private clients. Using MRI, Skyline and Yardi, we tailor our reporting to meet the unique needs of each client. Davis Partners also provides accounting-only services.
Transaction Facilitation Services
In 2006 Davis Partners made available its wealth of experience, knowledge and resources to the brokerage industry by creating a seamless platform to help meet the real estate needs of end users and help brokers close deals. Whether a purchase, sale or lease transaction, timely, organized execution always improves results. Value added services include: Consultant Identification and Coordination, Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Construction Management and Facilities Management. |
