Mark Buchanan, Principal

Mark joined Davis Partners in 2000. Mark’s previous years in commercial real estate were spent with a local development company and with KBS Realty Advisors. Mark coordinates debt, equity and acquisitions ,oversees property management assignments andpursues development and acquisition opportunities.

Pam Winkler joined Davis Partners in 1995. Prior to joining Davis, Pam spent 10 years in commercial real estate at two local property management companies. Pam is responsible for all accounting and client reporting functions as well as office administration.

Active in commercial real estate since 1991, David joined the company in 2001. David oversees the operations and leasing of our largest institutional client's portfolio and acts as liaison between owner and manager. David has worked at some of the nation's largest real estate firms, including CB Richard Ellis, Equity Office and Spieker Properties.

Tracy Bejotte, CPM, Director of Portfolio Operations

Tracy has worked in the real estate industry since 1980. Prior to joining Davis Partners in 1996, Tracy worked for commercial developers and property management firms in Orange County. As the liaison between the owner and managers for one of Davis Partners major clients, Tracy oversees the operations and leasing of industrial portfolios in Orange, Los Angeles, and Riverside counties.
